Terms and Conditions:
- There is no refund or exchange of items.
- The measurements might not be exact.
- OhHunnyBunny will not be responsible for any lost mail.
- Delivery time may take as long as a month, so only buy if you can wait that long.
- Please check before submitting the order form, as we will not be responsible if there is any error in the order form.
- OhHunnyBunny will not be liable for any damaged items.
- Colours shown on www.ohhunnybunny.blogspot.com may have a slight variance from actual product
Payment:
- Payments made by internet bank/ibank transfer, please provide us a snapshot of the receipt otherwise any problem caused, we will not be liable for it.
- Payments made by IBanking are also required to give us the reference number.
For damaged goods:
- Please kindly drop us an email if the item you received is damaged and we will try to ask the supplier for refunds/exchange of items. (ONLY FOR CUSTOMER WHO OPT FOR REGISTERED POSTAGE)
- In any event that the supplier does not allow any refund/exchange of goods, we will be unable to do anything about it.
- Please kindly send us a picture and a statement of your damaged items, and we will try to do an refund/exchange for you.
- All exchange and refund will have to be done 7 days from date of posting and 3 days after the email has been sent on the exchange/refund procedure. We will not entertain any questions pertaining refunds/exchange of damaged goods after that.
- All returned items must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn. Items which do not fulfil these requirements will not be qualified for exchange/refund.
